**Responsibilities**:

- **Importing and Supply Chain Management**:

- Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective import of barbecue products.
- Monitor customs regulations, tariffs, and shipping logistics to optimize import processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and secure reliable sources.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Implement efficient inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Process wholesale orders promptly and accurately.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
- Optimize order fulfillment processes for increased efficiency and reduced lead times.
- **Staff Management**:

- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse and logistics professionals.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wholesale management, preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of import regulations, logistics, and supply chain operations is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite and Shopify.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
