We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, driven individual with a keen interest in eventual Licensing in Property Management to join our team to assist in the management of our portfolio. - excellent communication skills, both oral and written - exceptional client relation skills and ability to deal with difficult personalities - proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize - excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly - strong computer skills, with proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook - flexibility and ability to work professionally in a team environment and independently - willingness and ability to learn rules, regulations and legislation affecting all aspects of Property Management - valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle A Prospective Licensee will assist and provide support to the Property Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - rent collection - marketing/ advertising - tenant administration - rental agreements - management agreements - complaints/ emergencies - move in/ out's - work orders/property maintenance - tenant notices - records maintenance This is a fantastic entry level position that will help you grow in to a licensed professional.
