The Customer Solutions Team is looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Program Analyst** to support electrification programs at Nova Scotia Power. In this role, you’ll own and analyze sales data to inform business operations, develop processes to enhance program efficiency, and lead the administration of key customer programs. Through collaborating with internal teams and engaging directly with customers you’ll play an impactful role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key elements of this role include:
S**ales Operations & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the electrification team to optimize forecasting and define targets.

**Process Creation & Implementation**:

- Design and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Document workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement solutions.

**Program Administration**:

- Act as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing program-related support.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support program delivery and customer engagement.
- Manage program documentation, reporting, and data integrity.

**Education & Experience**:

- You have a post-secondary degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field, and 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a business analyst, sales operations, or program coordination role, or have completed a relevant co-op term.
- Experience working in energy and utilities and/or regulated industries is an asset.

**Skills and Capabilities**:

- You are committed, pro-active and organized. You are dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers, always acting with the customer in mind.
- You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset. You thrive in using digital tools to solve problems and uncover data-driven insights to support strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to engage teammates and customers effectively.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs and comfortable collaborating online or in-person.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, tackling new and undefined challenges with confidence.

**Assets**:

- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
