**Role Purpose**:

- As a member of the Operations team, the Reimbursement Program Analyst is accountable for the setup and quality of all card-based reimbursement programs.
- Will run the day
- to
- day Card Reimbursement program operations.
- Responsible for the STI card payment setups in coordination with our adjudication partner.
- Will inform sales team of programs not performing as to the objective of program.
- Support the technology, sales, customer service and operations team in areas of reimbursement, benefit set up; plan designs, and card capabilities.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Strong leadership qualities, as well as exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- A post-secondary degree in science or business-related discipline.
- Progressive experience or background in pharmacy-related roles.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge along with familiarity of pharmacy adjudication systems and private and public coordination of benefit rules and regulations is preferred.
- Highly motivated to perform and grow within the ever-changing organization, thriving on being part of the team’s success through innovation, dedication and commitment to STI’s goals.
