**Position Overview**:
The Program Analyst reports to the Director of Aircraft Engineering and has responsibility for KPI management, Engineering resource planning, aspects of project management and leading process improvement initiatives within the Engineering Branch.
**What You Will Do**:
- Shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Consolidate all confirmed and potential work into a master schedule for the purposes of resource and capacity planning
- Manage Engineering KPIs including reporting, identifying and actioning corrective actions to improve KPI performance.
- Assist EPMs in project management activities such as scheduling and performance
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives as required
- Other duties as assigned
**What You Will Bring**:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Engineering Technology, preferably Industrial or related experience
- Proficient in MS Office, VBA, SQL, reporting tools such as PowerBi, MS Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and knowledge of project management best practices.
- Sound interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the organization and outside agencies. Capable of providing clear and detailed written and verbal communication.
- Training and experience in process improvement techniques such as value stream mapping, time studies, statistical data analysis, and Kaizen events is preferred.
- Must possess good self-discipline with an ability to work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to IMP Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies. Continually focusing on your individual safety and the safety of others who may be affected by your work and to fully comply with all Federal Health and Safety Legislation.
- Incumbents must be able to pass and maintain Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Transport Canada security clearances.
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Secret Level II Security Clearance through PSPC- Contract Security Program, and Transport Canada RAIC clearance.
