Reporting to the Manager, Capital Program, you will join a team of professionals who manage and oversee the capital program, both the current year’s execution and the long‑term investment planning.Key ResponsibilitiesThe adherence of capital projects to both internal and external governanceReport on capital spending, forecasts and budgetsCompiling regulatory reportingContributing to the development of the Annual Capital Expenditure PlanContributing to the development of individual capital project filingsSupporting capital project owners through both PowerPlan and Final Costing processesQualificationsA university degree with a focus in accounting or financeProficiency with Microsoft ExcelComfortable learning and working with BI tools to analyze data and generate actionable insightsExperience with PowerPlan (capital management software) would be considered an assetKnowledge of utility regulatory requirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable speaking in formal settingsExperience managing a large budgetWe understand that experience comes in many forms, and we’re dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.
