We host Canada’s #1 business conference, bringing together over 5,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners to scale and grow their businesses. Now in its 4th year, we’ve hosted huge names like Alex Rodriguez, Grant Cardone, Kevin O’Leary, and Robert Herjavec.

**The Role**:
This Event Sales Consultant role involves calling warm leads and closing deals in a single call. With a proven system and strong lead flow, success will depend on your hustle and follow-up. You’ll sell a variety of offers, from event tickets to backend products ranging from $500 to $50k. This role includes a mix of phone sales and in-person selling at events and workshops.

**Compensation**:
We have a proven system and strong lead flow, with on-target earnings of $105k-$180k, which includes a base. Top performers are earning $270k+.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Sales experience with both inbound and outbound lead generation
- Energetic, driven, and coachable—this is a high-paced sales environment
- Comfortable selling high-ticket offers ($500-$50k range)
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up skills
- Must be able to work in our Burlington, Ontario office, Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM
