Canada Paving & Construction is seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Overview:
As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction estimating process and ensuring accurate project cost assessments.

**Duties**:

- Lead the construction estimating process from project initiation to completion.
- Utilize PlanSwift software to prepare detailed teke-offs.
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop comprehensive bid proposals.
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and pricing to maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Provide guidance on value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure all estimates align with company standards and profitability goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in asphalt/concrete construction estimating and project management.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift, Office 365 Suite software.
- Strong ability to analyze project documents and specifications to determine accurate pricing.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
