Noremac is looking for a Project Manager & Estimator to join our company. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend pre-construction site meetings to understand the scope of work
- Utilize CAD to estimate quantities, project cost, and timelines
- Perform vibration analysis
- Draft and submit tender documents
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders through regular meetings and progress reports
- Schedule the management of resources and billing for ongoing projects
- Serve as outreach liaison for new potential projects using MERX

**Qualifications**

**What you will need to succeed**
- A degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or CET

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
