**Job Overview**

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, a proactive approach to project management, and if needed to get hands on in order to get the job completed.

**Duties**
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary based on changes in scope or unforeseen circumstances.
- Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends and improve estimating processes.
- Provide leadership in project planning meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.

- Proficiency in Scrum methodologies for effective project management.
- Expertise in project planning to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in program management, overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
- Supervising experience, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Knowledge of IT project management principles for technology-related projects.
- Familiarity with SAS software for data analysis purposes.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex information accurately.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
