- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Serve as the front desk point of contact—greeting visitors and managing appointments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support collaboration.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Utilize **QuickBooks Enterprise** for day-to-day accounting tasks, including expense tracking, vendor payments, and financial documentation.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks Enterprise** is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement practices.
- Skilled in using phone systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Knowledge of basic budgeting principles and payroll processing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
