- **What You’ll Do**
Reporting to the Director of Acute and Tertiary Care Services, you will:
- Lead strategic planning and oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned program areas.
- Provide leadership to a diverse team by setting performance expectations, supporting staff development, offering ongoing feedback, and completing annual reviews.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with provincial stakeholders, government partners, executives, and community organizations to support program and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate and negotiate solutions to complex operational and stakeholder issues using sound judgment, conceptual thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Communicate effectively through clear verbal and written updates, recommendations, and engagement with internal and external partners.
- Develop communication plans and formal issues-management processes to ensure transparency and timely response to stakeholder concerns.
- Lead quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives aligned with program goals and organizational priorities.
- Oversee data analysis and reporting for utilization management, demand and capacity planning, quality assurance, and program evaluation.
- Prepare, manage, and evaluate annual staffing and operating budgets, including forecasting and variance reporting.
- Set and adjust priorities to meet evolving organizational and system demands.

** Experience & Qualifications**
- 5+ years of management and leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare IT sector.- Post-secondary degree in business, information technology, or a health-related field.
- Strong understanding of the linkage and processes involved in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.
- Familiarity with healthcare and digital health technology trends and best practices.
- Solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, and business case financials.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with tools within M365, including SharePoint Online.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
