Summary
The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for managing the overall nursing program for the residents. He or she is responsible for the creation and maintenance of individualized resident service plans and to ensure that the service plans and care staffing reflect and meet the resident's needs. The Director of health and Wellness assures that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for the administration of the management of the human, financial, and material resources required to meet the patient care needs in conjunction with the Mission, Vision and Values of Trinity Manor at Westerra. He/she is challenged to identify and respond to residents' on-going normal aging changes, chronic conditions, as well as acute problems as they arise. Working Conditions
May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc., including exposure to the AIDS and Hepatitis B viruses.
Interacts with residents, family members, staff, visitors and government agencies.
Travel may be required.
Overtime as required.
Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, lifting and supporting patients.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
