As a Tree Care Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Regina Tree Care branch. You would be directly responsible for the performance, productivity, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. As Branch Manager, you would be directly responsible for day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include servicing customers, coaching, and mentoring members of the team, communicating, and working daily with the leadership team.

**Tree Care Branch Manager/responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily operations of the business
- Supervising operations within the branch to achieve higher output
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Ensure employees are complying with company policies
- Actively seeks new Tree Care opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintaining communication between employees, supervisors and managers ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
- Assist with overseeing the budget and managing expenses
- Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance that is pertinent to daily use.
- Meets weekly with Tree Care Team, and Managers to discuss goals, progress, challenges, and work schedules, etc.
- Ensure that all tree care work is being completed in a professional manner to professional standards
- Ensure that all equipment and vehicles are always operated in a safe and professional manner.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Proven experience in branch management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of tree care services and industry standards.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications preferred.

**Compensation**:
Wage Range: $80,000 - $93,500 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$93,500.00 per year
