**Mental Health Worker (Developmental Services Worker)**

You will be working with adults who have a Dual Diagnosis and provide support to all clients present in the home. You will be integral in the day to day lives of our clients and developing their life skills while providing quality care. Help foster lifelong friendships and community connections.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Helping support mental health needs of dual diagnosis clients
- Providing personal care (toileting, showering, assisting with toothbrushing etc.)
- Managing challenging behaviours & behaviour tracking. Using sound judgement in crisis situations
- Creativity for developing and implementing activities and events with clients.
- Completing housekeeping/chores, meal preparation, medication administration and working collaboratively with the team
- **Full Time rotation**: Fridays & Saturdays 2pm-10pm, Sundays 10am-8pm & Mondays 8am-4pm
- **Part Time shift needs**: Fridays & Saturdays 2pm-10pm

**Qualifications**
- Specialty in working with Mental Health
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
