**Lotus Mental Health **is looking to hire reliable and dedicated individuals with experience in providing behavioural and emotional support to children and youth. Our clients are aged 18 years and younger and they have a wide range of needs.

**_Mandatory Certifications: _**
- **Possess a VALID Non Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate (NVCI)**:

- **Possess a VALID First aid & CPR Level-C Certificate**:

- **Valid drivers license, access to a vehicle and 2 Million liability insurance in order to transport clients in personal vehicle**
- **Possess a diploma or degree in a relevant field. (Child & Youth Care, Social Service Worker, Developmental Service Worker, Community Justice Worker, Police Foundations, Psychology)**:

- **Willing to obtain a vulnerable sector check**

**Job Expectations**:

- Building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients
- Implementing individualized behaviour support plans
- Providing behavioural and emotional support in high stress situations
- Administering medications
- Utilizing Non-Violent Crisis Intervention skills

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
