**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules using scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
- Coordinate with clients, staff, and vendors to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments efficiently
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating client records and maintaining filing systems
- Assist front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks
- Proofread correspondence and appointment reminders for accuracy and clarity
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks for billing and invoicing purposes
- Ensure the office environment is organized, including filing documents and managing paperwork
- Support medical or dental office operations by scheduling patient appointments and managing patient records as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles; healthcare or dental office experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills including data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
- Strong typing skills for accurate data entry and correspondence drafting
- Prior experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00-$15.00 per hour
