**Job description**

We are looking for passionate individuals with a talent for fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to join us as an HR Admin.

As an HR Admin, you will coordinate HR, administrative, and logistics tasks, support the daily activities of the HR team, collaborate with other departments, and ensure employee support across all the business divisions at Foreseeson Group.

**Role & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the HR and Administration department with admin & HR-related tasks and other logistics for company activities.
- Assist the HR team in organizing and delivering employee engagement initiatives, HR and corporate events/ meetings.
- Monitor the condition of office infrastructure, including buildings, parking facilities, air conditioning, electricity, water, and other office utilities.
- Maintain records of office procurements, including equipment, vehicles, and other assets.
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Generate HR and administration reports as requested.
- May work occasionally on special projects and other tasks assigned in the future.
- Follow Company policies and workflows.
- Teamwork.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on Communications or Human Resources.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ progressive HR or Administrative experience.
- Self-motivated, strong business acumen, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent in time management, and able to multitask effectively and work under competing priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful person.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive matters maturely and professionally.
- A passion for collaboration and partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC V6V 2C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
