**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Utilize Google drive to create and manage documents
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary
- Assist in scheduling appointments
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents
- Support the other staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Google (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with file management systems and computerized record keeping
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
