**Position Summary**
We are looking for a **Regional Manager** who is passionate about person-centered care and team leadership. This key role oversees the daily operations of our programs in the Oceanside and Port Alberni areas, ensuring service quality, staff support, and compliance with all standards. Based in **Nanaimo**, this position involves **regional travel** during operational hours as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight to direct support teams across multiple sites.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered services aligned with individual needs and organizational values.
- Lead scheduling, staffing, resource planning, and region-specific operations.
- Monitor program performance, respond to incidents, and lead continuous quality improvements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, families, funders, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
- Promote a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of service.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's (or Master’s) degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within disability services, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Experience managing multi-site programs and diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of supports for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, TBI, and mental health needs.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
