Regional Manager- Central Vancouver Island

Pro Pacific DKI, a disaster mitigation and restoration company serving Vancouver Island, is looking for a high energy Regional Manager to provide effective, hands-on, leadership and support to site leaders across the Central Island Region. Ideally based in the Nanaimo/Parksville area, their primary focus will be driving profitable revenue through business development, effective project management and exceptional customer service. The Regional Manager is an integral part of the company’s senior management team.
**What you will do**:
- Drive a culture of safety, inclusivity, business excellence and continuous improvement, throughout the Region, in order to achieve the highest levels of performance. Ensure employees are empowered, accountable and held responsible.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, performance management and development training to Branch Leaders and Project Managers in all aspects of the business.
- Develop and execute effective plans to meet agreed corporate goals for the Region’s revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Function as the lead for regional business development and provide support to all local business development initiatives as needed.
- Provide regular management reporting and analysis for the Region that includes: forecast and actual revenue, profitability, budget variance, accounts receivable concerns and business development opportunities/successes.
- In conjunction with other senior managers, develop documented policies, processes, procedures and KPIs that effectively guide, monitor, and improve the operational performance of the Region and the Company.
- Support the President and Accounting in the development of annual budgets.
