Administrative Coordinator Regional Lead

This role will require to float and support all portfolios in Vancouver Island.

**About the Role**
This role reports to the VP, Operations. Ensures continuity of care, mitigates and manage risks, supports corporate vision and strategies by aligning with organizational goals and objectives. Working within team to achieve high resident and employee satisfaction, support and drive innovation and change throughout the organization, grow our accountability and positioning. Identifying the competencies required of site wide Administrative Coordinators by identifying risks, developing strategies to ensure sustainability and ensure supports are in place to support ongoing education and development of Administrative Coordinators.
**Responsibilities**:
**Included but not limited to**:
- Prepare key results based on Support Office given objectives and roll out at site level
- Monitor OKR’s quarterly to ensure sustainability and targets being achieved.
- Regional Lead Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reporting to SLT/COO
- Support HR to identify the competencies required of Admin Coordinator roles at each site as needed.
- Support in identifying organizational risks specific to the Admin Coordinators Group and develop an annual action plan to eliminate/ reduce risk (integrated quality frame work)
- Support in creating improvement plans & recommend new policies plans specific to the Admin Coordinators Group from annual integrated quality frame work (ongoing)
- Support implementation and roll out or all strategic corporate initiatives
- Recommend AC Regional Lead Succession Planning Prospects
- Collaboratively Lead Monthly Admin Coordinator Site Group Calls
- Mentors & Support for Site Admin Coordinators for clarification & assistance
- Interim Onsite Onboarding Assistance for new Site Admins as 2019 training/onboarding toolkit is being developed
- Supports Sites through AC vacancies, and support during vacations and leaves if needed
- Other related duties as required.
***Qualifications and Skills**:
- Knowledge of ADP payroll, Great Plains Purchasing and RMS finance processes
- Grade 12 plus graduation from a formal Business Administration or Commerce program and/or related experience pertinent to the Regional Administrative Coordinator Role
- Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm. Proficient in the use of varied word processing and spreadsheet software packages. Proficient on Excel and Outlook.
