**Leggat Auto Group **is looking for a **Sales Admin Assistant - Base Salary plus Incentive Program.**

**Job Duties**:

- Interact with customers through e-leads platform online and phone (inbound and outbound)
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly activities to attain productivity goals as established by management
- Secure booking appointments and provide to the Sales Manager
- Maintain any rescheduling or missed appointments to achieve maximum success
- Work with the Sales Manager and assigned Sales Representative on all follow up activities
- Input data and update activities in CRM and other dealership tools

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and follow processes
- Previous customer service experience
- Microsoft 365 and CRM system capabilities
- OMVIC within four weeks of employment
- Previous automotive industry experience and/or retail an asset
- Can do positive and supportive solutions-oriented attitude

**Knowledge and Skills**

- Exemplary planning and organizational skills
- Magnetic interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
