**The impact you'll make**:
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating content and fostering community on Saje Natural Wellness' social media platforms with the goal of driving engagement and brand awareness in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

**What you'll do**:
The Social Media Content Creator will create engaging, authentic, and unique content for Saje Natural Wellness' social platforms. With creative vision and exceptional content and video skills, they'll have a deep understanding of the social media and influencer landscape.

The Social Media Content Creator will have a genuine passion for lifestyle, wellness, and beauty, and will be attuned with emerging trends in the digital world. They will have a love for Tiktok and its vibrant community, and bring fresh ideas and insights that resonate with our community.

Content Creation & Strategy
- Own the content and video strategy by creating engaging content that showcases our products, and relevant trends.
- Support our social media team in developing a Tiktok strategy that drives brand awareness, boosts engagement and connects with our community.
- Collaborate with the social media team to understand performance and growth metrics, adjusting your creative approach to optimize our posts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and content ideation by sharing your ideas and insights to help shape our content strategy.
- Be comfortable being on camera and inspire others to do the same as you create relevant and authentic content for our social media platforms.
- Use tools like Capcut and Canva (or similar) for video and content editing and collaborate with freelance editors when needed to create high-quality content.
- Experiment with different video formats to keep our content relevant and engaging.
- Be self-sufficient in producing your own content.
- Bring a creative and innovative spirit to everything you do, always thinking outside of the box.
- Have a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability in all your projects.

Community Engagement
- Engage with our online audience by responding to social media comments, helping to create an online community.
- Promptly check and respond to our community on Instragram and Tiktok to keep conversations flowing.

Content & Trend Monitoring
- Monitor what is resonating with our audience and performing well on our platforms, and pivot content and our strategy as needed.
- Connect with up-and-coming Tiktok influencers and creators.
- Stay up to date with Tiktok and emerging platform trends and share creative ideas on how we can show up as a brand.

**We'd love to hear from you if you hold**:

- A Minimum of 2 years experience in social media and content creation.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and social media management, particularly on Tiktok.
- Strong videography, photography and editing skills.
- An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for lifestyle, wellness and beauty content.
- Creative and innovative mindset: You have an open and flexible way of thinking that embraces creativity and curiosity, and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches leading to unique and imaginative ideas.
- Written and communication skills: You have the ability to effectively convey ideas, information and emotions using both written and verbal forms. This includes clarity and coherence in writing, an engaging and appropriate tone, and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Learning Agility: You are a self-motivated learner, showing self-awareness and demonstrating openness and curiosity. You experiment and learn from mistakes and past experiences, always showing courage and stepping out of your comfort zone. You support the development of a learning culture to yourself and to your team.
- Energy to seek new ways to engage and inspire.
