_Installation & Service Coordinator - CONTRACT up to 6 months_
**Bath Fitter** is seeking a friendly, positive, adaptable, and customer centric individual to work in our London office & showroom to represent our brand and products accurately and professionally in accordance with our procedures and, most importantly, to the customer's satisfaction.
You must possess the ability to be a strong multi-tasker, highly organized, work under pressure and able to work with different personalities, within an autonomous environment.
Having the ability to consistently balance the needs of the customer, company and employees are paramount.
To qualify for this job, you must have a remarkable personality as you are one of the first experiences the customer has with Bath Fitter, and as well you are within the central point for all activities working with customers, employees, and management.
You are responsible for many coordination and administrative tasks within the branch, which includes planning, scheduling, and managing most aspects of our installations.
You will be one the friendly persons assisting in answering incoming calls from prospective customers and greeting customers in our showroom.
You will be interfacing with our Installation and Sales Staff while processing all associated paperwork, therefore a high level of organizational skills, accuracy and excellent communication skills are a must
- **Responsibilities**_
- Promptly and politely manage customer inquiries for installation and customer service inquiries.
- Input new orders into our proprietary CRM (Customer Relations Management System) accurately and within a timely basis, and then plan, schedule, and coordinate all our installation requirements.
- Organize, input, and manage information in our CRM while being responsible for payroll, A/R, and inventory control.
- Assist with setting appointments for estimates in a professional, friendly, and accurate manner, while providing impeccable sales support
- Greet customers in our showroom, presenting our premium bath area options, and giving assurance about our quality product.
- Liaison between management, sales, office, and the installation staff to ensure day to day activities are completed in an efficient and organized fashion.
- Handle routine correspondence including regular filing, incoming and outgoing mail, as well as other duties as assigned.
- **Requirements**_
Ideally you are a customer experience focused individual, detail oriented with good follow through on tasks, as well as can communicate accurately and efficiently with customers, staff, and management.
We are seeking an individual with a cheerful, friendly, and positive attitude, who is highly organized and focused with the ability to multitask well, trouble shoot and remain calm under pressure while working in an environment with conflicting demands. You must be capable to work without supervision while having the confidence to make own decisions.
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
