Coordinator - Service Department / Customer Service Representative
- Organize, schedule and manage timing, information, expectations, communications and documentation related to equipment repair and maintenance for our service technicians and delivery/installation staff
- Customer service including in-store and phone/computer orders
- Demonstrates effective computer skills for different types of transactions and software
- Accurate record keeping, documentation and billing related to invoices for customers and third party billing
- Experience in Home Health Care a valuable asset
- Customer centric focused with ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Work in a busy team environment but also independently
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to remain confidential and professional in challenging circumstances
- Strong communication skills necessary with interest in continuous learning and development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
