The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative is responsible for helping Accountants and Bookkeepers in Canada grow their online strategy and prosper through the use of the Sage for Accountant portfolio of solutions, working with French and English customers.
Sales are handled via phone conversations in an open-ended, highly consultative way that addresses the business needs of the Sage Accountant & Bookkeeping partners. This team is made up of motivated and highly talented members who build strong relationships to ensure the success of our customers and maximize revenue for Sage.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage conversations with prospective Accountants & Bookkeepers to build a relationship and determine needs for Sage for Accountants products and support qualified Accountants & Bookkeepers through the complete sales cycle.
- Establish value by presenting how the Sage for Accountants value proposition and products could be a possible solution for Accountants and Bookkeepers who provide accounting services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
- Manage an accurate pipeline and flow of sales opportunities; ability to accurately forecast month-end outcomes.
- Understand competitive offerings and counter strategies
- Results-driven with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Phone Sales base with up to 20% travel for regional event support.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills in writing, speaking, and active listening.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry.
- Fluent in English and French with solid communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
- Proven ability to converse with and influence decision-makers.
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in a high volume/transactional sales environment.
