**Job Description**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to real shape the future of Talent Acquisition with a focus on the Early Careers Strategy. This role will report directly into the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead where you will partner to develop and execute a global early careers strategy for the upcoming year. It is an exciting role for someone that is looking for a good challenge, agile and ready to shape the future of the organization.
**Principal duties and responsibilities**
- Main priority is to develop and execute our first ever Global Early Careers Strategy
- Hold stakeholder sessions to gain an understanding of previous approaches for each global territory
- Determine best in class in the market as an input to the global strategy
- Work closely with our Marketing & Communications Team on branding, messaging and collateral for the upcoming year.
- Continue to understand and stay apprised of recruitment and onboarding best practices
- Work closely with our onboarding team to manage high-volume hires in peak periods.
- Identify and share insights regarding opportunities and themes in the business to proactively drive an inclusive environment
- Proactively review processes and share recommendations and solutions
- Special projects and miscellaneous duties, as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience Early Careers/Campus Recruitment working in a global organization would be preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment preferably in innovative and agile global organizations
- University degree in HR or related HR experience would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Experience dealing with ambiguity and developing trusting relationships
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and change management
- Experience in juggling high-volume environment and one-team approach to managing work.
- Curious learner with proven track record of impacting change and influencing leaders
- Team orientation with the ability to establish credibility with senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
