About the Role

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll work alongside our People team to attract incredible talent and ensure a standout employee experience from day one. You’ll be reporting into our Director of Talent Acquisition, Deb Goldfarb, and working with hiring managers at all levels in all departments.

You’re motivated by collaborating with a hands-on team and are eager to grow your career in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture by diving into all aspects of the hiring and employee experience processes.

You’ll be a key part of building a world-class experience for our team, and we’ll support, coach and mentor you as you navigate this exciting next step in your career.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent across various departments. You’ll own the entire recruitment process, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience. Your role will involve:

- Conducting detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and establish clear hiring timelines.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline the recruitment process and enhance hiring outcomes.
- Representing the company in a compelling way to attract talent and ensure alignment with our culture and values.
- Staying on top of changes in the talent market, including (but not limited to) trends in compensation, advances in technology, and changes in regulation.

**What You Offer Blue J**:

- You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with agency experience, and have successfully recruited across a variety of roles, including Sales, Software Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and more
- You’re scrappy and solutions focused - if you haven’t done something before, you’re resourceful and do what it takes to figure it out
- As a member of our People and Culture team, you connect deeply with our core values and are excited about embodying and amplifying them every day
- You’re organized and detail-oriented
- You’re tech savvy and can quickly learn our HR tech stack
