Dream is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People + Culture team and oversee full-cycle recruitment across all levels, while driving forward-thinking strategies to attract and retain top talent.

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the center of Dream’s hiring efforts—owning the recruitment journey from early-career hires to senior leadership roles. You’ll play a hands-on role in refining our processes, supporting our teams, and amplifying our employer brand. It’s a dynamic, high-impact position where your ideas and expertise will truly be valued.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern, entry-level, junior, and mid-to-senior-level roles, including management and leadership positions.
- Conduct strategic and targeted sourcing for manager-level and above positions, including confidential and sensitive searches.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to build tailored hiring strategies and provide advisory support for senior management.
- Build, maintain, and optimize a strong talent pipeline across all levels and departments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate new hire onboarding and facilitate new hire orientations.
- Lead employer brand efforts, helping shape Dream’s presence at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.
- Manage a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, providing guidance and support across all recruitment functions.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and budgeting to improve hiring efficiency and measure success.
- Serve as the point of contact for recruitment vendors, including agencies and universities.
- Collaborate closely with the Campus Recruitment team to support intern hiring programs and event logistics.
- Oversee administrative and operational hiring tasks, including job postings, background checks, references, offer letters, and new hire documentation.

- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record of full-cycle recruitment, including senior management-level roles.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent strategy, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (experience with UKG an asset) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a collaborative mindset.
