As we continue to grow, we are looking for an **Integration Support Specialist** to join our MSP Corp team.

**About the Role**

**What You Will Do**

**Project Coordination & Administration**
- Oversee project plan updates and schedule meetings as required by the project team.
- Ensure all tasks are updated during meetings and made available to the project team through Excel export.
- Maintain updated backlog documentation as provided by the project team.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate project activities to support integration efforts.

**Data Entry & Migration Support**
- Handle manual, time-intensive data entry tasks during cutover week (e.g., migrated ticket moves, migrated project moves), allowing the Change Management Specialist to focus on integrating the BU team.
- Assist in migration file population (e.g., customer information, vendor information) when BU resources are unable to allocate the time.
- Enter integration-related information into ConnectWise (CW), including ticket templates and agreements, as directed by the project team.
- Alleviate the burden of data entry currently performed by finance and operations teams by entering agreements and ticket templates into CW.

**On Site Support**
- Provide on-site support for manual data entry tasks during cutover week (e.g., migrating archived tickets, migrating projects), as needed.
