KOTT Inc.’s goal is to get our customers what they need, when they need it, and our Delivery Department plays a huge role in keeping our promise. We are looking for a full-time Delivery Supervisor for our Ottawa team to oversee shipments to customers in Ottawa.

- **Your day-to-day**_
- Plan and schedule all customer deliveries, working closely with the customer service team
- Manage the shipping workflow to achieve on-time, in full deliveries
- Collaborate with the Yard Supervisor to ensure the order fulfilment sequence is organized for delivery efficiency
- Maximize fleet utilization by using weight and dimension data to optimize loads and delivery routes
- Communicate, proactively, with customers about expected shipments
- Use KOTT’s ERP system to plan deliveries, create manifests for drivers, and update status of orders
- Ensure employees are in compliance with all company safety requirements and CVOR requirements
- Maintain and manage all required documentation related to vehicles and drivers
- Track and report on department metrics
- Conduct training, development and performance-monitoring activities

**What you need to succeed**
- **Experience**_
- You have 3-5 years’ related experience
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Experience with CVOR compliance is an asset
- Experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an asset - experience with BisTrack is a strong asset
- **Skills & Qualifications**_
- You have a valid driver’s license (AZ License is an asset)
- You have a proven track record of managing staff
- You are organized, with strong multitasking skills and exceptional time management skills
- You have a proven health and safety orientation
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to perform basic calculations and math
- You enjoy dealing with people, and delight in providing great customer service
- You are computer literate
