**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products accurately.
- Analyze operational systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Manage e-commerce order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on warehouse procedures, safety measures, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks as necessary while ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are a plus for effective communication within diverse teams.
- A commitment to continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
- Experience in packaging processes and standards to ensure product integrity during shipping.

Pay: $18.43-$31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
