**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Vice-President, StreetSide Developments, as the **Office Coordinator** you will administer and coordinate the day-to-day operations for the business unit. You also support teams or individuals, and handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Promoting a positive office culture and maintaining the overall flow of the office.
- Liaising with internal teams, business partners and other related parties to provide information as required, ensuring all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Preparing administrative documents and assist in the compilation and preparation of periodic reports as required.
- Maintaining an updated records management and internal drive database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments and events as required, and ordering office supplies.
- Managing files and record-keeping in an updated and accurate manner. Organizing documents for distribution and coordinating delivery in a timely manner.
- Attending meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes when necessary and following up on assigned action items.
- Acting as a liaison between the Qualico Calgary Branch and Streetside Calgary with regards to HR, IT, ERP, company events, and various administrative matters.
- Planning, coordinating, and managing various company initiatives, events and programs.
- Establishing and maintaining administrative policies and procedures.
- Handling confidential business and personnel information with integrity.
- Supporting Streetside Office Onboarding processes.
- Organized; you effectively manage your time while balancing multiple priorities.

**Essential Requirements**
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of administration or bookkeeping experience, preferably in the residential home building industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and able to maintain accuracy when dealing with a high volume of work.
- A dynamic self-starter and ability to take initiative to complete the tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

**Work Conditions**
You will primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
