We require the talent of a **Inventory Analyst** **to join our team. This position is a critical player in ensuring inventory integrity in two North American production facilities, supporting effective utilization of warehouse capacity and high levels of customer service.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
Monday - Friday, Day Shift.
May be required to work flexible hours to support customer requirements

**How you will make contributions that matter**:

- Monitor Finished Goods inventory metrics and inventory transaction integrity in two production locations.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and work with warehouse personnel and members of Supply Chain team to identify and resolve data capture and reporting issues.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and communicate as required to support efficient movement and storage of product
- Collect, validate, and create Item Data records in ERP system ensuring all required fields are accurately created or updated
- Generate and validate standard costs for items created
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Planning as required.
- Monitor Aged Inventory and work with Customer Service and Sales to ensure maximum consumption of Finished Goods and directly related materials.
- Support design transition to ensure that prior version goods are consumed before new versions come on stream.
- Track and process required scrap approvals maintaining history of costs incurred, and costs recovered. Coordinate disposal of product when required.

**You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of related experience within the manufacturing sector with demonstrated previous warehouse inventory management experience;
- Post-secondary education in Operations Management or Business Administration;
- APICS or similar designation;
- ERP data administration and product information management;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills;
- High sense of urgency and a desire to collaborate with internal and external customers;
- The ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure, and deal with changing circumstances with professionalism
