**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a dynamic **Social Media Content Creator** who’s ready to hustle, create engaging content, and learn the business of car sales from the ground up. You’ll start by building our online presence and documenting the dealership lifestyle through content, and we’ll train you to become a top-tier salesperson — with **unlimited commission potential**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Phase 1 - Social Media Content Creation**:

- Shoot and edit engaging videos and reels for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create content that highlights vehicles, dealership life, promotions, and customer experiences
- Build a personal brand and dealership brand side by side
- Consistently post, engage, and grow our social media reach

**Phase 2 - Sales Training & Transition**:

- Receive full dealership training in auto sales, product knowledge, and customer handling
- Shadow senior sales consultants and begin handling real customer interactions
- Start earning commission from car sales while continuing to create content
- Work your way up toward a **Sales Consultant** role and eventually a **Sales Manager**

**Requirements**:

- Passion for creating social content, especially short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Comfortable being on camera and storytelling
- Willingness to learn automotive sales — no experience required
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation (this is a **commission-only** role)
- Social media savvy — understands trends, hooks, and engagement
- Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation
- Positive attitude and people skills are a must
