Social Media Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on social media performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design purposes.
- Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools for scheduling posts and analytics tracking.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media landscape.
