New wellness clinic is looking for a full time receptionist with social media skills to promote the business and get the word out This is an exciting time to start with our new business from the ground up as we open up and offer cutting edge wellness technologies to our patients.

The role is primarily reception - to meet and greet patients and handle scheduling but strong social media skills will be an asset.

**Duties**:

- Create and manage social media content for the company's various platforms
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across different channels
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with best practices
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights
- Assist in planning and organizing events or promotions related to social media initiatives
- Provide customer support through social media channels
- Coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors as needed
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style
- Perform order entry tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and target audience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for project coordination
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with proofreading techniques for accurate content creation
- Experience in customer support or related field is a plus

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
