**Description**
**One Full-Time Contract to March 31, 2025 **(with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or related discipline (i.e. Health Sciences)
- Minimum five years related experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Management and leadership experience in community development and systems planning
- Experience in providing clinical support to staff in an individual and group setting
- Project Management/Implementation experience is an asset
- Counselling, crisis prevention and intervention experience
- Sound knowledge of the population and pertinent legislation
- Francophone or second language is considered an asset
- Registration with a relevant Ontario College an asset
- Knowledge and significant use of Psychosocial Rehabilitation practices
- The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards
- A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and business use insurance coverage, OR access to reliable transportation.

**Starting Hourly Rate: $37.00 / Hour + $2.75 / Hour Premium**
**Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm**
**Office Expectations: For team coverage, meetings, and trainings when required.**
