**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document preparation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with filing, organization, and maintenance of both physical and electronic documents.
- Provide customer service support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Very strong problem solving skills required.
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing and managing correspondence.
- Experience using bookkeeping software is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
