**Requirement, skills, and ability**:
- **Please be ready for the skills and knowledge test for this position.**:
- Have **at least 2-years of experience** in the Specialty Coffee Industry.
- SCA certificate - **a big plus.**:
- **Advanced Latte Art** skills are a **prerequisite** for employment.
- Comfortable with working with POS
- Strong teamwork personality with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Have a desire for personal development and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Have no boundaries in collaboration and innovation, with the ability to inspire team members and customers.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine sense of humor and kindness, thoughtful for team and customer and positive attitude.
- Available to work weekends.
