We’re expanding and looking for an energetic, compassionate, and **sales-driven** representative to join our team At Living Well, we combine expert product knowledge with heartfelt service to empower seniors to live safely and independently at home. Our team thrives in a supportive, upbeat environment where great service and great sales go hand in hand.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our in-store team, you’ll be helping seniors and their families find the **right mobility and safety solutions**—from walkers and scooters to bathroom safety equipment and more. Your role is part educator, part consultant, and 100% committed to delivering **exceptional customer experiences that lead to confident buying decisions**.
You'll be responsible for:
- **Driving in-store sales** through knowledgeable product recommendations and consultative conversations
- **Building trust** with clients, families, and health professionals to identify needs and offer solutions
- Preparing accurate quotes and sales paperwork quickly and efficiently
- Managing point-of-sale transactions and maintaining inventory levels
- Responding to inbound calls and assisting with follow-ups
- Supporting outside sales/service and scheduling deliveries
- Assembling equipment and assisting clients with loading equipment in their car
What We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable using basic tools, lifting up to 40 lbs, and assembling equipment
- Valid driver’s license required
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in **retail sales, customer service, or admin roles**:
- Background in health or wellness fields (PSW, OTA/PTA, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, etc.)
