**About the Role**

Essity’s Health and Medical Solutions North America team is looking for an experienced **Account Manager - Long Term and Acute Care **. Responsibilities will primarily include promoting Tena® incontinence products JOBST® compression, Actimove® orthopedics, Cutimed® wound care products within all channels. This role will implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships, identify new revenue opportunities and will provide on-going support to various accounts.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts to promote all brand awareness and secure profitable business in all channels (Long Term Care, Acute market(s).
- Develop, implement, and monitor customer specific sales plans and marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Essity business.
- Serves as a primary interface for all products and services and creates demand for the organization’s products by raising company profile with assigned strategic partners
- Conduct in-services, seminars, presentations, and training of Essity products for customers.
- Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with client’s business needs. Collaborate in the development of internal and external training and education programs for various Essity assigned disease treatment therapies for customers.
- Collaborate with the RSD to ensure channel growth and opportunities, business strategy implementation, and contract negotiations including terms and conditions.
- Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities.
- Frequently analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
- Support facility level customer business reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver value added tools to accounts.
- Works closely with the Central team to support chain accounts, assist with education, participate in conversions across Ontario Canada, collaborate to develop new programs and share initiatives.

**Who You Are**
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years relevant experience in sales or account management
- Territory Management in Healthcare Industry: Long Term Care, Memory Care or Assisted Living experience preferred but not required
- Territory Management Experience
- Compression garment fitting and wound care experience preferred but not required
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking skills
- Solid account profitability understanding
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to develop sound sales and marketing plans and more importantly the ability to deliver the plan
- Solid understanding of the business and an understanding of the whole value chain
- Strong CRM utilization
- Advance knowledge of the products and services offered
- The ability to drive a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license is required
