Qualifications:

- Must have full Accounting Cycle Experience
- Certification of Accounting or other (not required)
- Experience using Spire Accounting Program is an asset

**Duties**:

- Entering Vendor Invoices through the Purchase Order Entry & Manual Entry
- Payment of Vendors Invoicing Electronically
- Processing Direct Deposit for Payroll Employees both Hourly & Salaried
- Processing WSIB, Payroll Deductions & all other Government Payments (HST)
- Inventory Controls
- Month End reconciliation
- Petty Cash
- Bank Accounts
- Payroll Files
- Daily Reports & Monthly Reports
- Assist Accountant with year end.
- Assist HR Manager

Company will offer Salaried based on your experience and education. Medical benefits in-house allowance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
