**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception & Office Administration**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization
- Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and assist with event preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain accurate filing systems (both electronic and paper)

**Accounts Payable**
- Enter and process invoices, bills, and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices.
- Prepare and issue payments (checks, ACH, or credit card).
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update financial records using **QuickBooks**.
- Assist with month-end closing and provide support for financial reports.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in QuickBooks is required** (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
