Customer Support Specialist

Rafflebox Technologies is an Online Fundraising platform helping Canadian organizations from coast to coast. We are looking to expand our Customer Support Team in Halifax, NS.
You will be part of a small team of competitive, passionate, and dedicated individuals who strive to help our customers reach their fundraising goals while delivering support to our non-profit and charitable partners.
**Customer Support Specialist**
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer requests and queries. You will also be asked to process account creations, site builds, site modifications, and escalate incidents across several communication channels.
This role will provide evening and weekend coverage from **(12PM - 8PM Monday to Friday)** each week. Rotating on-call weekend coverage will also be part of the role. There are options to work in the Halifax office or remotely.
**Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Becoming familiarized with nationwide provincial rules and regulations
**Customer Support Specialist Requirements**:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Understand how to create knowledge base articles to guide our clients
- Image design (Adobe - Gimp - Canva) experience an asset
- Experience working in a customer support environment (1 Year)
- Sales experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of products - Work - PowerPoint - Excel - Microsoft Outlook. (3+ Years)
- Zendesk experience an asset
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a customer service role. (1 Year)
- Proficiency in Windows
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Experience with banking and credit card handling is a plus.
