Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by identifying and diagnosing the problem. Educate customers on product features and services to enhance their usage and increase satisfaction. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate and resolve complex issues when needed. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development team to improve offers. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in a customer support role or similar capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
