Customer Success Specialist

The Municipal Group of Companies, based in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is a large, diversified organization engaged in all major aspects of heavy civil construction, environmental and transportation services within the Atlantic Provinces. We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team based out of Halifax, Saint John, or Moncton.
**Job Summary**:
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Day - to - day collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
- Support to Outside Sales Representatives
- Prepare and present proposals to external/internal stakeholders.
- Customer success/experience
- Accounts receivable support
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Data mining/cost analysis
- Support with marketing campaigns and community activities
- Proactively reach out to customers to build relationships and generate repeat business.
- Attend sales training sessions and team meetings
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field is considered an asset.
- Finance, Sales, or administrative experience in an office setting would be an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow up skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment or independently as required
- Excellent organizational management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in transportation industry considered an asset
