**TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

We are an IT company based in the Atlantic region specializing in infrastructure design, provisioning, implementation, and support to satisfy the server, network, desktop, and telephony requirements of our clients. We have been in business for more than 15 years and have a broad client group that relies on us as their trusted “IT Department”.

We are currently seeking a friendly and highly skilled **Technical Support Specialist** to provide enterprise-level support dedicated to one of our valued customers. This is a demanding but enriching opportunity for the right individual looking to work across a variety of platforms with the latest technology.
- Customer Support
- Active Directory
- Creating user accounts
- MS Exchange
- VM-Ware/Hyper-V
- Windows Server Management
- Windows Desktop Management
- Networking hardware
- Office 365 Management & Deployment
- Computer and other technology administration support (i.e. ordering, disbursement, and inventory management for cell phones, laptops, etc.)

Asset qualifications include intermediate knowledge of the following:

- ESET Antivirus
- VEEAM backup solutions
- SAN/NAS shared storage
- IP Telephony

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
