Junior Sales Representative

SCSOFT is a mass transit fare management specialist providing industry leading solutions to government and local transportation agencies all around the world. In the last year, we have secured projects for the entire island country of the Maldives, the central bank of Costa Rica, multiple projects in the Asia Pacific region and in the Americas. The position will be to join the North American team with many projects in the state of California
Our solution portfolio includes Automatic Fare Collection Systems (AFCS), Account Based Ticketing (ABT), Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS), payment/fare validators, metro passenger gates and much more
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and developing new business
- Excellent diplomacy, negotiation, organizational, and information management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingualism (French/English) is a must
- Highly organized, self-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rewards-based environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage various tasks
- Strong understanding of MS products
- Develop lead generation and utilize provided tools to track activity
- Selling and setting up new customer and partner accounts
- Train customers on advantages and use of mass transit fare collection solution
- Maintaining and growing customer relationships
**Requirements**:
- Sales savvy individual with prior business-to-business sales experience
- Strategic relationship builder with focus on customer pipeline and key decision makers
- Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- English and French, proficient for communication and documentation
- Multi-tasking
- Determined to be part of a winning team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
